Faces and other destinations

Under the gaze of everyday situations, often explored landscapes, sometimes familiar faces, there is always something extraordinary in the ordinary and often a beauty hidden under the coat of habit.
From my "digital darkroom", and through a personal vision of the relationships between subjects and environment, between singular and plural, I try to humanize places beyond the usual visual fields.

I compose images where things and people find themselves out of sync, where reality and imagination challenge each other, overlap, combine and sometimes merge. The first image is a material used as a basis for pictorial work.

Domestering the multiple visual materials, playing with different lights, colors, atmospheres, shooting distances, superimposing several realities, in order to give a new meaning to the composition, between figuration and abstraction, reality and fiction. I draw from my wanderings, figures and places to transform.

The universe remains that of a timeless world, which invites itself (as soon as the scale of things and beings is upset) a part of the unexpected. The subjects, perpetually suspended in time (probably in search of verticality!), Seek each other, question themselves, balance each other ... and sometimes question us.
Through images, both reassuring and illusory, the eye often finds itself looking differently.
